We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Accounts Assistant to manage the day-to-day finance and office administration processes of our e-commerce platform. The ideal candidate should have hands-on accounting experience, strong organizational skills, and the ability to handle both financial and administrative tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day company financial operations.
Handle office administration work including attendance and staff salary preparation.
Process and manage vendor payments on time.
Maintain and reconcile bank accounts and cheque payments.
Manage payment gateways and online transaction records.
Prepare and submit daily/weekly/monthly reports to management.
Ensure accuracy in documentation and compliance with company policies.
Support management in general accounting and administrative tasks.
Coordinate with internal teams (sales, logistics, and operations) regarding financial matters.
Provide assistance during internal and external audits.
Required Qualifications
Minimum 1 years of experience in accounting/finance or office administration (experience in e-commerce or retail is an advantage).
Educational Qualification (minimum):
AAT Stage II / Diploma in Accounting or Finance OR equivalent qualification.
Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and accounting software.
Good understanding of bank operations, payment gateways, and reconciliations.
Strong communication skills with attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and manage confidential information.
