We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer. It is NOT allowed for sellers to share their contact information (email/phone number/personal website/social media pages) with shoppers online or offline (this also means you are not allowed to include your contact details when packing the items for dispatching - further instructions on labeling are available here). If you violate this clause it will result in the seller receiving negative points as per the tier system and could even lead to the suspension of your shop from the marketplace. All communication between seller and shopper will be through the Saralaa marketplace where we will ensure the safety of information of both parties and avoid any fraud or fake orders.

SECTION 6 - ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. If we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers, or distributors.
